Josh Wingate

Growing up in Oregon provided me with a unique opportunity to be a part of a widely developing area in both residential and commercial building. I began over 32 years ago, working for a high-end custom homebuilder on the Oregon Coast where I learned a variety of construction trades. I worked hard, eventually becoming a Superintendent and thoroughly enjoyed taking care of our clients from rough foundation to moving in to their dream homes.

18 years ago, I decided to move to North Carolina where I started my own remodeling business and couldn’t be happier.

As your contractor, I will personally oversee all aspects of your project from planning, estimating, and implementing it in a timely manner. My goal is for you to be completely satisfied from start to finish. I want you to feel like you can count on me to listen to you and your ideas, to explain all the options available to you and that I will conduct my company and myself as though this were my own home.
